Causes of a Corrupted PS4 Database
If you see the error code accompanied by CE-34875-7 or NP-32062-3, there’s a problem with the game or app software. This error is usually seen during a failed installation. In such cases, delete the corrupted download and try installing the software again. You can also encounter the error while playing, usually after the graphics and sound start to sputter.
