Troubleshooting Tips
If Google Home can’t find your speaker, verify the speaker is in pairing mode and, if there’s a physical switch to enable Bluetooth, that the switch is in the on position. If you see an error in the app that no devices were found, tap Rescan to try looking again. It might take a few tries. If Google Home is having trouble hearing you after you’ve paired the speaker, make sure you’re talking to Google Home itself and not the newly paired speaker. The microphone is on Google Home. You can connect Google Home to several Bluetooth speakers simultaneously. Either add multiple speakers through the app so you can pick which one to play music on, or create a speaker group to play the same music across multiple speakers at once. There’s no reason to reconnect the Bluetooth speaker each time you want to use it.
