When it happens: Gamers will be able to catch the live in-game concert on any one of five days and times, including:
April 23rd, 7PM ET for the U.S.April 24th, 10AM ET for EuropeApril 25th, 12AM ET for AsiaApril 25th, 11AM ET for EuropeApril 25th, 6PM ET for the U.S.
You’ll be able to log in and watch any of these shows; they’re not locked to regions, but rather put on at times to afford people in those locations a chance to see the event. How to see it: Log into Fortnite on your mobile device, computer, or game console and you’ll be able to check out the event. You’ll need the latest update, which is set to go live on April 21st. The “doors” will open 30 minutes before each show, so you’ll want to make sure to show up early to secure an entry to the servers. Extras: Also on April 21st, you’ll be able to download special Travis Scott outfits, emotes, “and more.” If you attend the concert, you’ll get a fancy glider (used in game to land at the start of each match) and two loading screens. There will also be special Astronomical challenges for Fortnite players to complete, which will net them even more themed gear. Bottom line: When your entire audience is at home, the only way to get “in front” of them are events like these. Fortnite is a huge hit with gamers of all ages, though it probably skews a bit younger than most.
